well sohan reputation is based on a number of experience with a company from customers and theres a lot of people out there who are pleased with the service it just doesnt meen if a few have had not so good experience that no one else will go there so if they do google it they will be able to read our experience with the company too!!!

So how do you work that out? You can't rate a company on a forum? I've done it here, many others have and I've done it on other forums (yes, about MIH). 

mih are a fraud company its just a matter of time before they get caught by the legal system!!

 

if it was a fraud company it would have been closed by now this is uk not india

 

well, it certainly looks like there's a lot of friends and family involved here. good for u mih!! but lemme tell ya, defending mih is like defending bank charges! i, for one, am very disgusted at their lack of communication. i think someone was having a laugh when they named it mih communications. my letters have gone unanswered. i didnt hear about the whole farce till i went there and i was told that they had sent letters to everyone. i eventually did get a letter but this was 2 weeks later! anyways, as i was saying, mih has a lot to answer for and im contemplating legal action. their attitude has put me under considerable financial difficulties and stress. iv had to borrow money from others to keep my a/c in the black. they owe me a lot of money which they promised they'll pay last month. its long overdue and iv had enough of this BS. could someone tell me how to approach the small claims court and if i will get a refund of the fee when i win my case? any help is greatly appreciated.

I went to CAB last week and they said the following:

 

They are going to be interviewing the director of MIH this week. They also said they don’t think that MIH will be paying any customers anything. So the best thing was to contact your network provider and ask them to send you a contract. If they don’t do so then there is no contract and you can cancel and stop the direct debits. MIH were very lazy with paperwork so they didn’t always send it off.   They want to get a few customers together to being a case against them soon.

Hi,  I'm new to all of this and have looked at everyones comments, especially Seema's, Sohans and Juans, and not to mention tamina's (or should that be Mubeena in disguise!)??  Didn't like the fact that she assumed that there are only four disgruntled customers.  There are many who do not have access to the internet.

Me personally, i've played along with mubeenas *** for months and now its time to join forces with you people on here.  Why has everyone gone quiet?  Is it because you are all waiting for the payment at the end of september?  The one for which some sort of loan has been put into place?  Well guess what, the money hasn't been placed into my account!

Did anyone else notice that on the crafty letter they sent, that there was no date, address, signature etc.....

I've done all the phone orange, write to mih etc etc without success and have played along with their little game to no avail.

Does anybody want to update me with current proceedings?

love the name lol. I went to the CAB yesterday again. They are waiting for Birmingham Council to get back to them as Mobile Connections have done the same there too. Also wating till Orange take customers who have cancelled their direct debits to court. It just a matter of wating i i think. i have stopped using the handset. You are able to down grade but you will stil lose out.

I've heard through the grapevine today that some people have been called by mih saying that there will be a further delay in cash back payments.  So it looks like the £25per handset that they promised, is not going to happen!  My guess is that they will close one of their businesses after the christmas rush.

Orange say that you can only downgrade to the next lowest tarrif after 9months of a 18month contract, so basically your still in sh-it street!

Seema have you stopped your direct debit payments to Orange?
