 im waiting till the end of the month then will take further action. I have been told that if i stopped my direct debits and orange were to sue then i have 99% chance of winning because i only entered the contract on the notion that i would receive cash back and as i have no't, i cannot afford to make the payments

Orange said I opened the contract with them, and that max had nothing to do with it.

well all you want is things for free why not try and pay for it for the full price. mih has been there for over 12 years iv never had any problems with them i dont live in leicester but have taken there on line contacts and never had any problems at all i think your blowing this all out of proportion, i can see you have put personal names of people you have spoken to why not give your real name.

like i said before DONT TAKE THINGS FOR FREE!!!! you dont see carphone warehouse offering offers like this because customers like you wouldn't go there......i dont think Leicester Mercury or watchdog would be interested in something like this am lead to belive there's not many people affected by looking at this it seems theres only about 4 of you talking amoung yourselves.

I trusted these people and really am disgusted with MIH

I AM A CUSTOMER OF MIH COMMUNICATIONS,I HAVE THE SAME CONTRACT AS U LOT .ALL AM SAYING IS THERE STILL GOING TO PAY ME £50 TOWARDS THE LINE RENTAL WHICH MEANS I ONLY LOOSE £15 PER PHONE ITS BETTER THEN THEM SAYING THEY ARE NOT GONNA PAY AT ALL.FOR ALL THE MINUTES I GET ITS WORTH IT .I'VE BEEN WITH THEM FOR 6 YEARS NOW THEY ARE A TRUST WORTHY COMPANY.I A M GONNA CARRY ON WITH THE CONTRACT AND STILL GET CASHBACK FOR IT .

i find you to be very rude i think you need to get over the whole cashback issue you loser.as you have soo much time on your hands, your soo sad that you sit on these type of websites and critiscise.GET A LIFE. Id love to see you say all those things to max that youve said about him on this forum as you seem as thoses all talk but no action person! you sound like a very envious jealous person of max that you are willing to go to any lengths to ruin his reputation, you wont get far as sados like you get left behind.

 

I am also currently an existing customer of MIH. i have never had any problems with them. i found their customer service to be excellent and very helpful.i personally have been with MIH for around about 5YEARS. the problem with the casback which has occured recently has never happened before. They are an honest and relaible company.I am also willing to accept the new cashback payment they are going to give me for both of my lines.i am glad they are taking the responsibilty in giving some casback back unlike mobile connections who is not giving any of there customers any money!i believe the customers need to be patient like me, if you think about it why would such a big company like MIH would want to ruin their reputation when they havn't just closed the shop and done a runner like the rest of the new phone shops instead they are open and facing each and every customer,in my opinion MIH is a trustworthy company and i wouldn't go anywhere else regardless about what all you have to say about them.you all need to cut them some slack and chill  you will get paid gradually you just need to be patient!

am sure if you has a word with them they would offer this to you,make sure you have a word with one of the staff.

sohan how dare you speak to me like that,am suprised at you,by the sounds of it you seem to be the one who would like to do something about this rather then taking legal advise or do you see this as some type of chat room. you need to face the facts that there are loyal customers out there!!!!

Want to me say that to max? Pick a date and I'll meet you at a location and then we will go to max and watch me say it.

Can't ruin his reputation? Google his company name, and who comes up #1 for the term "mih communications"? Me, on my site. He can't do nothing about it.

If some one google's his company to see if theyre reliable or not, what are they gonna read hey?
