H.N.Y. to you too Simon, thanks.!
They seem to be clutching at straws now they have failed to provide within the initial 12 + 2 then after a further 30 days, this account has now become legally unenforceable. Their continued contact about the matter amounts to harassment for which they could face substantial fines or penalties and also have sanctions taken against their credit licence.
Report them to your local trading standards and also report the matter to the OFT enclosing copies of the dated letters and informing them all letters were sent recorded delivery. In the meantime you could hang-fire and send one last final warning letter about the harassment onto MH..... giving them one last chance to confirm back to you in writing that the matter is now closed, otherwise they will be reported.

Dear Sirs
Harassment
Account Number: XXXXXXX
I am writing in relation to the continued contact about this account of which you have failed to supply the statutory consumer credit agreements as requested, which I deem to be personally harassing.
I now require NO further correspondence from your company to be made except a notice stating the matter is considered closed.
I am of the view that your continued harassment, puts you in breach of Section 40 of the Administration of Justice Act 1970, and the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
If you continue to harass me any further, you will be reported to Trading Standards and The Office of Fair Trading, meaning that you will be liable to a substantial fine and action against your credit licence.
I request written confirmation within the next 7 days that all contact about the above account reference will now cease immediately, otherwise my letters of complaint will be sent to the relevant statutory bodies.
Yours faithfully,
