    I would say that you'd need the lenders' names and your account/reference number. If you are certain that you will not find the reference numbers, you can write to whoever is currently collecting money from you to ask for details of the debt (including current balance, payments made and lenders' reference numbers).

    I had loans previously but I have no paperwork these days as I am dealing with my debts through PayPlan - what would I need when writing to the lenders to get anywhere with the PPI Misselling? I have no idea if I had any, although I think with some I did.
