Dear All,
I'm afraid that with a Crown Court trial to take place in the future we cannot say much about the investigation.
However, just speaking generally, cases involving fraud often involve a financial investigation and if there follows a successful conviction, a request can be made to the Court for confiscation of assets. Where assets have been recovered, the general rule is that compensation (of victims) must come before confiscation.
We would just ask for all customers of these businesses to remain patient and we will know more in December.
