We took out a a buy one get one free contract with them in june. Like you all we got told to send the cheques back and we will get sent new ones. We phoned up on the 7th of januray and the phone line was dead. I have got some information which might help you solve the problem.
Apparently the owner of this company has another business called :

Company No. 05670191 (previously trading as Master Talk Ltd - Chk this info from Companies House website)
(I asked Companies House about this company and its still live and running, but the staff have changed from 8.1.08 (even the directors are new).
Also if you look at the cashbk cheque copies, they were from this company. So I'm sure we might be able to obtain more info frm them.
So now what we need to do first is write formally to Letz Talk and send a copy to Master Wholesalers asking for payment within 14days.
And when posting, do not send by recorded delivery BUT pls do obtain a proof of postage (a certificate from Post Office).
If nothing heard within 2wks, Trading Standards will advise us what to do...
But pls make sure all copies of contract, chqs etc are kept.

They had not yet recd calls/complaints re: Letz Talk (whose Parent Company as per T Mobile is 'Master Talk'). But have advised to spread the word round too ppl to call them and log this claim so that with so many complaints they have to look into this matter more seriously
So pls pass the mesg around and do report this matter to the Trading Standards.
