    To the best of my knowledge there is no legal limit and if there were I would expect it to be closer to £20 or £30.

    In terms of referral to OFT, were you told about charges for late payment? (I.e. was it in the small print?)

    It sounds really quite a low charge given what banks etc charge.

    Style have charge me £15 , is;nt it £12 max . They acknowleged their mistake but I am minded , if correct , to refer them to OFT .
