A lot of companies do have tie-ins. I do recall seeing something on my old BT bill ( I am currently with Sky) about a tie-in clause but I think 3 years is excessive! Ask them to supply a copy of that agreement.

I have been a BT customer for around 3 years and only through my own laziness have I remained so...I never once got the broadband speed I have been paying for,

However, I'm moving house in February and wish to end my asscociation with BT. I altered my tariff back in June 2008 and now BT claim that I am tied in to this until June 2009.

Is there any way that i can get out of this? I don't remember being told that I would be tied in when I altered it back in June?
