I'm doing a bit of research with Nicky Cotterell - can you tell us what insight you have into the size of the UK landlord market?

How many landloords there are there in the UK? How many are individuals, how many are big companies? Is their respective landlord insurance behaviour different?

Any idea what the routes into landlord insurance would be - e.g. buy-to-let mortgages, others?

Any idea what other products a landlord buying landloard insurance would be interested in?

Any idea what the total cash value of landlord insurance UK market is?
