    Hi

    Both Barclaycard and Capital One issue their cards themselves so you will be fine to transfer your balance to the Virgin Credit Card issued by MBNA.

    Hi,

    I want to move my balance from my Barclaycard to an 0% credit card.

    I have been looking at the Virgin Credit card but it says it cannot to balance transfered for cards issued by MBNA.

    Could anyone please confirm if Barclaycard is? And also who issues Capital One.
