Can you transfer an ISA that is less than 1 year old? I put £3600 into an ISA in April 2008 that gives me a rate of 6%, but see that NatWest is offering 6.67% and accepts transfers - I'd like to know whether I can transfer to the higher rate now?

Yes - as long as the ISA you are in is instant access and does not have a notice period.
