    My opinion is that the market has not quite bottomed out. Wait around 6-12 months before buying. It is never a good idea to buy in a market that is clearly going down.

    Hi,

    We sold our house in October last year and are currently renting. We have found a property that we are keen to put an offer in but feel that the market may continue to drop. The house is priced right at our limit and we are not sure whether to go ahead with fixed mortgage yet.

    Any thoughts or ideas?
