    Re: iPhone or BlackBerry?

Interesting, isn't it, Darklight? Do you think it's genuine?

As an iPhone user of 18 months and an Apple user of 20 years, I really like my current 3G iPhone, but I'm ready for an upgrade and I find the current lack of multi-tasking incredibly frustrating. I'm not impressed that I have to upgrade the phone to get this functionality either!

This leak (deliberate or otherwise) has made me sit up and take notice again, but I expect Apple to come up with something better than more memory, a better camera, a flash and better battery. I'm looking for more...

Did someone call me hard to please?

(Pictures and article on the new phone)

It'll probabely come to the UK in the winter of 2010 but Apple could please us all with a world wide rollout.

iphone definitely a novelty item. Novelties ware off pretty quick. Blackberry is more dependable and functional. Its very clever what Apple have done though, people are throwing money at them as fast as they can!

What about the Nokia communicator ?

I have had these for 12 years and gradually updated through the original brick (9000), 9110, 9300 and am now using the E90 - Which may not do everything that a iPhone does but does much more than the blackberry

It has 2 built in cameras, HSDPA connection (3g), Full Document editing, Speadsheets & Powerpoint (compatible with Office 2007), a proper useable keyboard, 4" screen, GPS, maps, FM Radio, WiFi, upto 8Gb memory (via memory card) , in fact it does everything that anyone in their right mind will need, it also looks different !!

So why is this device never mentioned in the comparisons ?

    iPhone or BlackBerry?

Furious debate is raging this week after one of moneysupermarket.com's researchers, Kate Murphy, wrote an article comparing the iPhone to the BlackBerry.

She's had both but decided she far prefers one of the two popular smartphones. Read the article to find out which and let us know if you agree. Maybe we should put it to the vote!

iPhone vs BlackBerry - which one to choose?
