    Before taking a policy with Quinn have a look at their policy cover as it is not very comprehensive, also take into account their claims service (Google quinn complaints or have a look at reviewcentre.com) and also bear in mind that if your son has a provisional licence Quinn will raise a large additional premium when he passes his test.

    It cost me about an extra £700 for my 17 year old on my 1.4 Astra which went up to an extra £980 when he passed his test. Quinn Insurance are great value for young drivers and they earn some named driver discount.

    You could also approach your current insurers to see how much they would quote.

    No-one could provide you with an accurate reply, as the answer is dependant on all your personal details...postcodes etc.

    Click the Red insurance tab above at the top of the page then on car insurance get a new quote, from there simply input your details.

    Insurance for 17 Year Old?

    Hello,anyboy have any ideas how much it would cost for my 17 year old to get insured under my car?It is a Vaxhaul Astra 1.8 life automatic?Thanks for any help
