    Hi

    Im about to be made redundant and I believe Ive got to tell my mortgage lender if my work circumstances change ? How will this affect things with me ? I dont expect to get another permanent job and expect to do hourly paid work.

    Your lender may be willing to take payments of interest only while you are not working. You should investigate working tax credits and benefits.

    Well the mortgage is interest only so how would that affect it?
