I am currently a customer with pipex, waiting for the day my contract expires so I can switch. They are crap. They used to be very good, I was with them from the start almost and they were excellent, then all of a sudden they grew, their support got worse. Their network stayed the same and because I had no problems I was happy as I didn’t have to ring for support. But they just merged with tiscali and now I have noticed a massive drop in download speeds, torrents are fubar and basically their service is worth next to nothing.

Overall, once upon a time they were good, but if your going to go with anyone this is not the choice, overpriced for crap connection and terrible customer service.
