I can see this heading way off topic but is there something wrong with driving round in a £300 vectra?

    Hi Sunshine,

I've just googled "fees free brokers in merthyr tydfil" and there are a few on the first page. And don't worry about the commissions that the broker receives which may be their only form of income for doing all the work for you ;-) And if they can save you some money or offer the lowest possible rate under the watchful eye of the FSA then maybe you won't have to drive around in a 300 quid vectra!! (Private joke sunshine)

In my opinion you will be much better off financially reading a few suitable magazines (I like the Investors Chronicle) and making your own decisions. The temptation for advisors to use the product with the highest commission is large.
