    If you paid by credit card or paypal you could involve them on the basis you have not received what was ordered.

    Hi this is my first time on here.

    I ordered my electronic cigarette and it stated buy one get one free ( for 72 hours only) I bought mine at £25.99 along with a few other bits as this device really does stop me from smoking, I have ordered from them before and found them to be ok... but they have not sent me my free ICIG.. I even printed the buy one get one free out just in case and it stated that the free item will be automatically dispatched.. I have emailed twice with no response.. any ideas to what I can do?
