Hi Steff - As you say you are within your 7 days policy as terms and conditions stated below

    10. Cancellation Rights

Where you have purchased the goods or services as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business use), please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within the time scales stated in the below service policy.

7 Day peace of mind guarantee

Just tell them you dont like the phone, it doesnt suit you (you cant get used to it) and you really want to return to what you had before. Just be confident and stick to your guns. I would phone Orange and explain the situation to them to see what they say. Not too sure what would happen about getting your old phone back, Im sure Phones 4 u would be able to explain that to you. If your not one for confrontation then phone them first to hear what they have to say and take a friend with you when you return the phone.

i want to return my phone to phones4u but...

    i'm scared!

this is going to sounds really dumb but... yesterday my friend went into phones4u & got a new blackberry - i was a bit envious & then the salesperson asked me about my phone.

i explained to them that i still had 5 months left on the contract on my phone, but they said they could pay most of it off & give me a new deal & a Blackberry Curve.

    I agreed on a whim -

I was on Dolphin 40 with Orange, paying £40 a month with a nice Sony Ericsson phone.
They called Orange up who said that they could lower my tariff to £35 a month starting from 15th May.
So I traded in my Sony ericsson phone and they gave me £100 in cash to go towards the cost of paying off the cancellation of my Orange contract which would be £140 for 4 months starting on 15th May.

In return I got a Blackberry Curve for £35 a month on T-Mobile (with good inclusive calls, texts, internet etc.)
I'd be porting my number over on the 15th May.

So... I'm paying for 2 phones right now, am I right?

I can't afford this, and I'm really regretting being spontaneous. I don't need a Blackberry at all! I don't have enough going on in my life to justify having a Blackberry. I don't want it, I want my previous phone back with the deal i used to have

So I really want to return it, but I'm scared Phones4u will try to fob me off. The Blackberry is barely 2 days old, perfectly new, lightly used for the internet & bbm, but I've heard horror stories cos obviously phones4u don't want cancellations.

    Any advice?!
I'm scared cos, how am i gonna get my old phone back!? I'm within their 7 days return policy, but what if they scratch the phone & say no? I'm not that great at standing up for myself.

    Please help
