    "What are the best rates"

     Why don't you look at the savings section on this website, I hear the comparison tool is very useful!!! Interesting play on words - 'tool'.

    hi there......i have 30k to invest for 12 months at a time and was going to put it into my bank cooperative bank who was offering 6.59%....however this has just dropped considerably in the past week as i was just about to invest.

    i know nothing about savings and have just got this money and currently own my own home (mortgage free) and at present have no income at all (non tax payer)......any help to get the best guaranteed fixed rate return on my savings greatly appreciated.

    i intend to live purely off this interest very lightly.....well nearly as my wife works and gets 19k per annum

    help & advice please.......?????????
