    Wait for the underwriters to get back to you, then you will find out the cost of not admitting previous claims, potentially negating the policy.

    Frankly if you really cannot remember the details of a previous claim (only 8 years ago) I wonder what kind of records you keep.

    No need to answer this, no point. Just let us know what the outcome is when the underwriters decide your fate and the reasons they arrived at their conclusion.
