    Hi Shama,

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with the service, as conmankiller says if you could register on the forum and start a new thread, we will be happy to look into your issue

Re: I am living a real nightmare with talk talk...

I know it doesn’t help, but I have had very similar problems with these dreadful people.

I have moved house and made the mistake of being taken in by their false promises. After moving to my new address, the phone was connected, although very weak and noisy, and no internet. I reported the problems to talktalk and was told such a load of utter nonsense in reply that I paid an independent technician to come and rewire the phone connections. The phone is now slightly better but still noisy, and still no internet. I have now spent more than 4 hours on the phone to India and South Africa and am totally disgusted at their failure to respond adequately.

They promise to call back and fail to do so. They promised me compensation for all the trouble, but when I spoke later to another so called customer services person there was no record of any compensation.

They just tell lies to get rid of me.

And I cannot make contact with anybody through the user forum. How?? And why should I have to spend hours chasing and chasing just trying to get a basic level of customer service.

Talktalk so called "customer services" are a disgrace. They may be cheaper than some competitors – but perhaps there is a reason!

I would register your problem on their dedicated forum as their representative Stephen from, "TALK TALK_SUPPORT" suggests in his post made in the thread below.

I am living a real nightmare with talk talk...

I first signed up with them on the 25th and I was told by their customer service that I would be connected on the day the engineer come as I was getting a new phone number! So, at my surprise I got a new phone number but no connection, when I phone them they said it will take up to6 week to get connected, that was one their first lies!!

I signed up for a monthly package at £19.90 (Including £6.99 monthly Fast broadband,uk evening& weekd end calls) +

(£11.49 for Line rental) + £2.50 something like that for International Booster, so all together my monthly bill should cost me £19.90.

So, after signing up, I went away, and the direct debit wastaken from my friend bank account. After a while she said how funny but they overcharging you, and I cannot understand the bills as they were breaking up the bills.

I just got back from abroad, and I saw my online bills, this Month they are charging me £42.00 I went mad and so upset so I phoned them up , I cannot believe what they said, they said I was charged for Broadband £15.00, and from the beginning I was paying it but bills were broke up, now we are making it one bills( Total £42.00).

I am about to send them a Complaint recorded letter!!!!As they breached their agreement which was £19.90 form the very beginning!!

I want the right person to get the letter, to whom should I write please??

I am so weary, it has been going on for months and I did not know until my return back home!!!

Please any help would be more than welcome?

    Thanks
