Dave,
Just to jog your memory. You're not going to get away with it that easy!!!
I've brought this one back to the top to make it easier for you to post your answer to the riddle.
In your own time, but within the next hour would be good.
Yours, in excited anticipation

Jetli, Docs seem to think everyone's depressed these days. I had the prescriptions for sleeping tabs but I never had them dispensed. I was too scared to take them.
I think, in the end, after trying absolutely everything, horlicks, herbal tablets, rescue remedy, t.v., books, going to bed later etc. etc. I decided that I just wasn't going to get worked up anymore about not being able to sleep. If I didn't sleep, I didn't sleep, if my body really needed sleep then it would take it - deal with it - type of attitude. I then found that the less I was bothered about it the easier it became to get off to sleep.
I still wake up sometimes, incredibly always about 4.00 a.m, and can't get back off easily but it's nowhere near as bad as it was.
Hope it doesn't last too long. I know exactly how it feels and what you're going through.

Hi, my doc gave me sleeping tabs for 2 weeks and no more, then he wanted to guve me AD's! uh hello doc I am not depressed but tired. I do take herbal tablets from sainsburys but they just relax me, better than nothing I suppose, infact the TV makes me tired if I watch it in bed, Drink can make me sleepy but I feel too groggy in the morning:( I hate being tired, it's the pits, I would really love a restroom in work:)

Hi Jetli
Welcome. I suffered from insomnia in my twenties. It was vile, wide awake all night for no apparent reason. Awake all night but felt like I could sleep for England during the daytime at work! Didn't dare try sleeping tablets in case I got hooked. I just waited for it to pass but it took months.
I find nowadays that if I read a book at bedtime it shuts my mind off to everything that's going on in my life and eases me off to sleep. Of course, there's the other far more enjoyable alternative, a bottle of wine or a few beers!!! :o)

jetli: Hi, I'm 38 sometimes still feel in my teens, but then all of a sudden I feel the need for a sleep at 2-3pm
so I know I ain't a teenager anymore, and fatigue has set in.
The Europeans in the Med do it all the time, rather civilised i always thought. I am at least 5+ yrs older and often need a little snooze when i get home from work but the cause is well known on another post.

Dave, I've noticed that there's been no guesses or clues today.
So here's my attempt to squeeze another clue out of you.
You said that
"to say no would be unfair to you as it may mislead you as to the true answer."
Please elaborate on this.
