iv got a capital credit charge complaint ongoin now 4 the past 6/7month at least with i-smart,also known as advantage claims. they av recieved a cheque 4 me and taken any other monies wot i owe them from other claims and iv been waiting over a month now 4 the rest of my money off them to me? is this normal?? everytimd i ring them, they say they dont know or understand y i havent got it?
