    It isn't fair when most of us are paying full and some are getting away with it.

    Why are you concerned with this anyway if you don't mind me asking?

    I imagine many people will disagree with me but I think council tax is a massive ripoff, so if someone can get away with paying less that they should, fair play to them.

    I think that you are best looking for a specific contact line for fraud. There might be one on the council's web site. There's one here for benefit fraud that may or may not be relevant.

    Thanks maxsteam, its a different council to me so do I need to contact their local council and give them the persons details or the address of where they are living? Cheers

    The people to speak to are at your local council. They will have a web site with contact details for various issues. The electoral register is optional and it isn't meant to be a list of council tax payers though.

    Hi there,

    How do I find out if someone isn't paying council tax when they should be? They are living in a house with another person who is on the electoral regisiter, but no other occupants listed. Is there a website or a number I can call?
