    Re: housing benefits l

Thank you so much for that piece of information.

But as you don't know my circumstances I don't think its your place to judge do you?

Not that I need to explain but I do work and have done all my life and brought up two children when my husband decided he didn't children anymore.

If the powers that be made him take his responsibilities seriously I wouldn't have to go 'cap in hand' to keep a roof over my childrens head! i appricate there are quite a few that abuse the system, but some of us only use it for what it was intended for help when you need it. I was seriously ill at the time I needed help.

Lets hope you can always live a privilaged life.

Thank you for your time x

This might sound radical, but you might try getting off your lazy 'benefit culture' bottom and do what the rest of us do, WORK!

    housing benefits l

    hi can anybody help please

Battleing with alleged benefits overpayment. Although Ive proved I have informed H/B of changing to my circumstances in past H/B department have said I havn't. A letter from them isn't enough proof.

Having looked at all my paper work i have discovered faults they have made. I have just been told they can't include these as they are too old to consider now.

Apart from CAB I can't think of any other approach apart from waiting till I get summond to court for non payment

    Thanks Lou
