    The Northern Ireland house prices are rising faster than on the mainland! Surely this cannot continue, there appears to be many investors in purchase to rent in Northern Ireland. First time buyers are being forced into the rental sector as they are unable to raise deposits or afford to pay the mortgage costs. The chancellor must help this caregory by re-introducing tax relief on mortgage interest.
