I got an address to send a payment to: The Banking Unit, City House, City Rd, Chester, CH88 3AN.

However i had already found those details but cant seem to get a telephone number for them even when calling 118 and giving the above address details? thanks for your help anyway tho :)

Can anyone tell me how to contact this company? I have recently moved house and have lost all my paperwork?! I missed a loan repayment with them but cannot find a contact number anywhere for them?? The direct debit is now showing as GUS finance limited instead of Home Shopping PFL. Are they a debt collection agency for PFL? Because of my change of address i have no documentation from them. I am worried about ending up with a default on my credit record but can find contact details anywhere for either company! please help...
