Hi to all.Ok this is the question i need answered if anyone can help.I have fallen behind a bit on my personal account so meaning i owe it a small amount of money till my wage goes in on the 6th.The problem being i have a buisness acoount with same bank(lyodds tsb)I have 1000 in there.I tried to transfer it in to another account via phone banking and they said i had to go into the bank.Can they touch my money in the buisness banking?

I think it depends whether they are both in your sole name. If they are, then they can shuffle it around however they like. If not, then I don't think they can, but I am only going from my own experience.
