    Re: Help with garage agreement

The only time you can claim the money back is if you have signed the finance documents off site and not on their company premises.... You can then claim back all the interest paid....

However if you have signed a document that to be fair you didn't take the time to read you have no rights.... and are liable under the terms.

Most dealers are reliable so this should be isolated... bought enough cars in my time...

    Help with garage agreement

Hi, Do all the prescribed terms have to be on the agreement? What if one is not mentioned but all the others are, is the agreement still unenforceable? I took out an agreemetn via a garage and remember it being rushed into it. I cannot find my own copy of it, since I've moved address since.

Am I able to recover the monies I've paid to the company over the last 4 years, and any interest and at what rate of interest should I claim? Is it possible to claim any interest?

I've paid £173 per month on a motor finance agreemetn nad it has another 17 months to go until its paid off.

    Many thanks

    Winston
