I am in the same boat. Received Premium refund, APR Refund & Rebate refund that was taken back using CBR CHQ. I have not received a PPi letter advising if my claim was successful. Have you had any update/joy with the case?

Phone them up and find out. Sounds like they are in the process of doing something with the PPI refund. Whether they are refunding you the money or putting it to one side just in case, I have no idea. They appear to be doing something with it.

If you have the ability to record the phone call when you make it, then that might be advisable. If they tell you that they are refunding the PPI premiums, you will then have a recording.

If they are not refunding, but have put the money aside, then using the letter received, just continue the complaint with the FOS.

Hi all wonder if someone could advise me
I recently put a claim in to claim back all PPI on 5 accounts that I had with Halifax ,I received a letter back stating that they didn't think I had a legitimate claim and that I could take it up with the ombudsman-which I haven't yet,
Then on the 2th May there was 3 credits applied to my credit card balance which was outstanding roughly 4k ,there was
Premium refund of 814.72Apr refund of 534.19Rebate refund of 35.52
Bringing my balance down to around the 2.6k mark,my minimum payment on the 4k was 116.00 a month however this morning on my statement my balance has gone back up to the 4k and a
CBR CHQ 1384.43
Has been added,so I was credited then had it put back on,and now my monthly payments have gone up to 249.00
Can anyone advise me please
