Please can anyone help. We was sent a form as we qualify for the shares when the Woolwich was taken over by Barcleys but it was sent to my mums address as its her account but I need to sign it as I am the top name (its a joint account). she has sent it on to me but there the problem starts ...................the letter has been lost in the post.

After an hour and half on the phone to Barcleys getting moved from one department to another and getting no where and then going to Barcleys bank and spending 2 hours in there still no-one can tell us a number who we can contact to get another form sent out.

Is there any one out there who can help please
