Looking for a joint loan with partner. I dont have all that great credit score but my partner is fine with his. He does have a mortgage and outstanding balances but all is healthy with them. We told we had been accepted but although we do own a property we are classed as tenants at the moment. Can anybody point me to a good lender that might be able to help. Only looking for £5000 just to conslidate a few things. thanks Mel.
