Iam guessing you haven't looked at the other posts on here or you would not be thinking this about friday lets see what happens friday and in the meantime you can look at what other people have done over the last 20 years ??? iam guessing you want your car back without paying for work done so far ??? if not you would have it ?? do they work for nothing ?? you must of told them to collect your car ?& i know you are going to say about the price ? iam also guessing you didn't read the t&c that must be there fault to i know your story prob the same as the others that keep popping up on here the same ones over and over again

you can obviously read from the posts made about it back in may this year that Tenpin was ripped off what car it was does not matter.

That does not detract from the fact that you took money and did not come up with the goods Tenpin has commented on for months.

As for demonstrating outside Tenpin's house

First get the right sex of the person, they may be a tranney then decide whether the neighbours are on Tenpin's side if you did demonstrate outside the house.

From the manner of your email, Tenpin feels you are harrassing and making personal threats to a person and not to a business, which I feel the moderator should take steps and ban you and all the other HEC cronies posts - grasshopper - abdcef and all the rest of you.

At least any demonstration near to HEC is well founded!

Sorry I do not quite understand what you are implying, they have not done any work so far just pulled our engine to pieces quoted us some extortionate amount to refit it (thats what they call putting the engine back together) and seems this is happening to a lot of customers, and now our engine is wrecked they want £700 for nothing, so we pay £700 to have our car wrecked. We have offered to pay the costs incurred for collecting the car but not that amount, because having read all the complaints about them we will not get our car back they will not accept credit cards, cheque payments so what does that tell you about them?

Yes they have T&C and we have our rights as a consumer to protest and we are unsatisfied with their service, there is such a thing as trust in business and fairness to the customer. What do you mean by it must be their fault, yes it is their fault we trusted them to do the job they advertise and claim to do, most business do offer a honest service and you pay them. What world do you live in!

If I were mrs willson, then I would not worry, plenty of copper friends and border control officers that could help Tenpin out of a spot or two.
