    Re: HBOS Shares

Lloyds shareholder register is maintained by Equiniti. You will need to contact them to update the details and convert the paper HBoS shares into LBG. The conversion is approximately 6 LBG shares for every 10 HBoS shares (I think!)

They can be contacted through their website, www.shareview.co.uk, or on the phone, 0871 384 2990.

    Hope this helps...

If it is a share certificate - then yes they have a value. However, the shares are no longer traded as HBOS but have become Lloyds shares, since Lloyds bought them out.

You need to get the certificate updated.

Lloyds shares are currently trading at about 62p each.

    HBOS Shares

Sorting out old file I have found HBOS plc Ordinary Shares of Twenty Five Pence each. With the present Banking system in the state it is in are these still of value. they are dated September 2001.
