I got in touch , Atlantic Swiss Bank answered my e-mail
immediately, procedure is automatic, this looks like expensive and
trustworthy website, their account opening procedure is absolutely
automatic.
Also client funds are administered in Europe.

Who are you trying to persuade Edward? Yourself or us? When I visited it the site was cheap and unreliable, with dead links, poor English and sufficient gaps to make me wonder.
