    Hi,

First of all you need to do a statement of affairs i.e what do you bring home a month and what are your outgoings. If you can send me this I can give you a better idea

When a lender looks at you financially it does a risk analysis of how likely you are to pay the money back. Over the last 12 months it has been more difficult to borrow money because organisations just don't actually have the money to lend.

Everytime you apply for a loan it will reduce the chance of getting a loan as the lender will see this as an act of desperation trying to borrow money.

Get your credit report from experian and equifax and have a look at your history as organisations use these databases to make a decision on whether to lend you money. They should only cost about £2 each.

Sending you marketing material on applying for loans has got nothing to do with them actually being prepared to lend you the money.

In addition based upon your earnings it will be difficult to raise a loan for such an amount.

    Cheers

Do you know why you were turned down before? Might be best to try find that out before reapplying.

If each application has been with Halifax then you might just get declined again.

Always best to speak to someone over the phone imo, cuts out errors (usually) and you can ask any questions you have.
