That is good customer service - shame it is not repeated everywhere

A few weeks ago I filled my car with B30 diesel from the Derby branch of Morrison. Due to a minor error, the price displayed on the pump I used was 2p more than that displayed at the forecourt entrance. I politely informed the filling station staff of this once the transaction (pay at pump) was complete. After a genuine apology, they took all the necessary details, and a day later called me back thanking me for pointing out the error. Because the management didn't think a straight forward refund would be adequate compensation, they offered me a free top of the range car wash which I gladly accepted. One clean car later, I'd like to let people know how well Morrison's staff dealt with this minor inconvenience. Many thanks Morrison.
