Could anyone tell me if there are any mortgages available for my situation?

Joint mortgage needed for house value to £150k, max deposit 10%. Partner's credit rating excellent, though they earn less. I have about £3800 of settled defaults (most from 3-4 years ago) and £960 unsettled (currently being payed off as quickly as possible). Also have a settled CCJ of under £500 from over 3 years ago. Both earnings total £46k a year.

I have a broker looking into it but I just wondered if there is anyone that would offer a mortgage under these circumstances.

Any info much appreciated.
