Hi,

I am not getting any response or cash back from Fonezone, bradford, any other customers who have the same problem ?  I am stuck with 4 expensive contracts.  Any advise on how to complain and claim would be really helpful.

Hi I have had the same problem but they talked me in to getting 6 contracts from them, they only paid me once for my Orange contract and that was an insufficient amount, and for my T-Mobile they paid me 4 times, i am ever so unhappy.

 They don't bother paying you back or on time, we should do something together....

Hey I took out 4 contarcts with fonezone in Bradford and i am in da exact same position, fonezone have not paid me one penny and orange and t mobile r demanding money what do I do and I cannot pay them due to insuffience funds?  what is it you plannin 2 do.  I appreciate any help I fink we al should sort em out 2getha der three ppl i knw who been scammed. hi all i have 5 contracts from the same company (fonezone bradford) One of them is 18 months and the rest 12 monts. They are not paying me any money since april. i dont know what to do. the customer service is not responding. i have been to store but locked up. please let me know if somebody is going to take legal action. I am contacting trading standard so if any want to get in touch plz mail me on ?. i dont wanna let them digest my money so easy. thanks

To say youve been silly getting 4-6 contracts on cash back deals would be an understatement!

getting together and having a 'meeting' wont solve your problem, get in touch with ofcom and trading standards, keep all your paperwork including your credit agreements and lets hope they can help you with this!

Hopefully the lure of getting 4-6 contracts on a cashback deal wont be so tempting for you guys next time!

Just got an email from someone else (surprise, surprise) about the same subject so i thought id share the info:

Get in touch with Companies House, they will have the address for the person who set the company up (you will need the company number to do this)

Contact ofcom and explain the situation to them, they might be able to help you in tracing the person

If youve not got any paperwork then theres not much you can do am afraid, the other alternative is get in touch with the network and downgrade to the lowest tariff possible!

other than this theres not much else you can do!

I am also having the same problems as you people and I am also stuck with 4 contracts 2 with orange and 2 with t-mobiles  Please is there anyone who can help us or what options we now have left open..Please mail or add on current forum with any outcome.  Strange thing it that they are still trading as I have been trying on cust serv but no answer or would be told that I will Definately get the cashback the following week and it is being going for the past 5 months.  So I tried on their sales num and they pick up the phone and ready for bussiness and when I started  complaning regarding the cash back they said I have come through sales and not cust service and they hang up the phone.  Their website address is www.fonezoneonline.co.uk.

HI i am in the same boat. Cash back not honoured, talking crap on the phone. If you can even get through to them at all that is. WHAT SHALL I DO?????
