    First Oceanic Bank

The account-opening fee is 300 EUR for offshore corporate account. not so much, but I will consider paying to sub account. Good thing is they can transfer wire into Liberty Reserve and they also accept LR and Paypal.

    Re: First Oceanic Bank

Checked. They have SWIFT, but that of a correspondent bank. It is written on their website: First Oceanic Bank is accepting funds and sending them out from various correspondent banks in Europe, Mauritius, Africa, Panama, Belize and Kyrgyzstan. All our correspondent bank accounts have IBAN and SWIFT.
Also, “Please follow precisely the Beneficiary field. Your name or the name of your company will not be in the beneficiary field. Please explain this to your customers thoroughly. First Oceanic Bank is tracking customers by reference. You do not have to mention your name or your company name in wire at all, but if you would like to do so, please mention them in the reference filed alongside with your account number with First Oceanic Bank.”. It means that the Beneficiary is BANK directly and clients are paying for sub –accounts.

Zalessky Invar:I am the client of FOB for 3 years. In 2006 they have blocked some of my funds, but since February 2009 there are new owners. I have sent the evidence on my funds blocked and after investigation my funds have been returned at the beginning of April. There is a woman working constantly at account.opening AT firstoceanicbank.com. Good support Agent is Julie Caire. Skype : julie.caire

I have been advised by my friend. He is using www.firstoceanicbank.com. He claims they do not report to FSA or FATF. Can it be true?

Well, I have visited the website and I am impressed, it is quite nice. I have contacted their Call Support Centre and they told it is possible to have access to online bank in 24 hours.

    First Oceanic Bank

I have found out a new offshore bank for myself-www.firstoceanicbank.com.
I have opened the corporate account there, sent a little amount at first and after I was sure about their security I wired some money more. I was very surprised by the service they are providing. They are not so quick, but they are providing really personal service ….!Recently I have ordered an offshore anonymous prepaid debit card. I got the card in 4 working days. The card is completely anonymous, there is no name on it…Unfortunately, it is not possible to make online payments, but in POS and ATM works.
