A couple of years ago I had a slight accident when a lady decided to pull out of a side street and hit my car she admitted liability and I claimed off her policy
This accident was a while ago now and considering that I had no liability my car was repaired and no claims is intact I did not think this date would be of any importance so forgot about it
I have been trying to get the exact date of the incident from my insurer directline
As I am asked this question of past claims when I apply for renewall quotes I have tried continuously for the past 3 days to phone but the Directline telephone lines are down and are not responding ( wonder if they are they in financial trouble?)
Any advice would be appreciated
