Equifax credit score - 'good' last week now 'fair'?

Hi, I am investigating my credit file with the credit agencies Equifax, Experian and CallCredit and have obtained it from all of them. The Experian electoral role data was wrong, so I corrected that and my score improved, going from 857 'fair' to 960 'good' - so far so good. I checked my Equifax credit rating on the 5th May and that was also 'good' with a score of 407. However, I checked today (17th), expecting to see an amendment to my file and an improved score only to find it has dropped to 361 'fair'. :-( Has anyone got any idea why this could happen? I've not missed any payments and everything is up-to-date, would checking my file with the other agencies and checkmyfile.com cause this? btw - I was a bad-boy a few years ago and got a CCJ which was recorded with Equifax. This is now satisfied ( I sent the court certificate of satisfaction to them) so should appear on my file - it doesn't currently. Note that it was 'good' even with the old CCJ unsatisfied. Matt
