Re: Email Address For Policy Admin

A postal address would be better. You can send them a letter saying that you do not want any more nuisance phone calls and any future correspondence should be made by letter. If you get a "proof of posting" (free from any post office) for your letter (or recorded delivery if you want to pay extra), then the company will be breaking quite a few rules if they keep phoning you. You can report nuisance calls to your network provider if they continue.

It would be best if you keep communications as polite as possible. Even if you feel like being rude, you need to remember that it isn't necessary.

    Email Address For Policy Admin

    Hi Guys,

I recently took out two iPhone contracts with Orange and Vodaphone, and was duped into taking the 3 months free insurance with Policy Admin which I later decided I didn't want, infact 5 days later to be exact. I simply cancelled the Direct Debit and have no plans at all to call them after all the bad complaints i've heard about them, and its a silly number to dial which will cost me!

Luckily I cancelled the DD's before they could take anything out but now they are ringing mine and my girlfriend's mobile twice, sometimes three times A-DAY, and i'm sick to death of it! I refuse to speak to them and would like an e-mail address to go tell them where to shove it....however surprise, surprise no email contact information on their website.

Was wondering if anybody has an email address information to get in touch with them?

    Thanks,

    Real Deal.
