    Are there any rules governing the penalty clause a supplier of business electricity to a micro business may charge for breaking a contract? Any maximum?

    If no mention of any penalty has been mentioned in a verbally agreed contract is it enforceable?

    If excessive rates pkwh have been used - double to those on offer to other customers - can this be renegotiated?
