    It can have a big impact, but if that is the only reason then most lenders will allow you to circumvent the problem if you can prove residency in other ways - so speak to the lender and see what they can do.

    How badly does it affect your chances of getting a loan if you are not on the voters role? I am struggling, I think this is why.
