    Re: edf withdrawn online tariffs?

You say "Atlantic moved me back" - I take it that they did this without your permission ?

I would contact the regulator "Energywatch" for this - this is precisely what they are interested in and will help you to get compensation from Atlantic for such action

    edf withdrawn online tariffs?

In december I signed up to online v5 or v5.1 cant remember which was a very good price about 3p per unit cheaper than what I pay now.

atlantic then moved me back I was angry but rang edf yesterday to change back to them again.

welcome letter came today and the tariff leaflet showed much higher prices so I checked here again and seen the prices do match, another closer check shows tho that edf are now only listing their standard tariff on this site and there is no online tariff listed for them.

I am in the east midlands, the cheapest tariff listed now is barely cheaper than what I have and 3p more expensive than what was shown in december, I plan to ring edf tommorow but considering they now seemed to have withdrawn it for new customers I dont hold much hope.
