    E7broadband

    Hi,

    This time last year I signed up with E7even through this site but it has turned out to be a disaster. I have not had any service from them since last Christmas. It took months to get any responce from them and then eventually they said we could have a refund. I am still waiting. I have tried to contact them via telephone and email unsuccessfully. They were originally E7even they then became E7broadband and now it appers they have been taken over by eZeeDSL.

    Please can you tell me how I can get a refund from them. The information they give on the phone message and site is very confusing and not helpful. Do you know if others are having the same problem and what they are doing about it.

    Unfortunately you are one of many people who have become a victim of E7.

    Have a look at this thread - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=133010 which is all about the E7 debacle, as you can see it has over 800 replies, one of the biggest threads on the entire board.

    So in answer to your question, unfortunately no I don't know how you can get a refund from them and as this thread demonstrates you are one of many people who are experiencing problems with these guys.

    I wish I could help you a bit more but the only advice I can give you is to follow the thread and find out what the other people are trying to do to resolve the problem.
