Re: DR Who experience local deals

    Hi Mins,

Thanks for getting back to me. I totally understand your frustration. Please rest assured I'll be speaking to the Local Deals team to ensure they receive your feedback and I'll also ask them to review their response times and communications both internally and with the 3rd party providers. I appreciate that this is particularly important when deadlines for booking tickets apply.

Thanks again for your post and once again, please accept our apologies for any frustration.

I hope you enjoy the Dr Who Experience - I've heard good things about it!

    Dear Graeme

Thankk you for getting back to me although it is now sorted out by calling and eventually getting put through to the local deals team. However this was very frustrating - especially as the tickets needed to be booked by 7th Feb! It would be really helpful if there was some way of getting a relatively quick reply to queries such as this - especially in a case such as this where it seems there were indeed problems for a number of people. It was the first time I've used the local deals and I must say I'm not too impressed - it has definitely put me off using them again.

    Hi Mins,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Apologies for the frustration this has caused. The vouchers should come from BBC Worldwide - but if you're still having a problem, please contact the Local Deals team on 01273 666 373 or by email on support@localdailydeals.co.uk.

If you're still having trouble, please don't hesitate to drop me a line with your details at the email address below and I'll be more than happy to look into it for you.

Once again, apologies for the frustration.

    DR Who experience local deals

Has anyone had any problems with this? I bought 2 adults and 1 child tickets half price. Initially I received emails with links to vouchers for the two adults but not for the child but none of the links worked. After emailing I got a reply two days later with emails for all 3 tickets but yet again the links don't work. Has anyone else had experience with these?
