I took Sky+ with sky talk and sky connect Broadband.They took over the internet connection from AOL on 15/11/07 without sending me a router.

               After calling the customer service i was told it will be despatched but not sure when and on the top of that they can't trace if the router is or will be despatched.

                 So customers please be aware of sky crap customer service

I think the majority of sky customers are very happy with the service,there are cases of bad service with every company is the retil sector,sky being one of them.

IM extremely happy with skys service.
